Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks because of high demand.
Washing instructions
Machine wash at 30°C (gentle cycle). Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature and avoid ironing on the print. Do not dry clean.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal – EU, EEA & UK Customers
Customers residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or United Kingdom (UK) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Eligible customers may request a refund within this period without providing a reason.
Return Process & Shipping Costs
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ay-line.net within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within an additional 14 days. Our support team will provide the appropriate return address.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not accept unpaid or cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
Customers may examine and try on products as they would in a physical store. Any handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products may result in a deduction for diminished value, where permitted by law.
