Refund & Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU cooling-off rules.
Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit.

Return Costs
If you withdraw from the purchase, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not accept unpaid or COD returns.

Exceptions
The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized. Since our products are customized after each order, they are exempt from standard withdrawal rights.
However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day return period with store credit.
