Returns

Return Process & Shipping Costs

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within an additional 14 days. Our support team will provide the appropriate return address.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not accept unpaid or cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
Customers may examine and try on products as they would in a physical store. Any handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products may result in a deduction for diminished value, where permitted by law.
